The Founder’s Journey
Fernando entered the roofing industry in 2019 with a construction engineering background, bringing a perspective that added structure and clarity to daily operations. He joined a small residential roofing company, generating about 2.5 million dollars annually. By introducing engineering-inspired systems such as KPIs, waste tracking, and performance reporting, he supported the company’s growth to approximately 25 million dollars by 2022. He later helped establish a back-office team from the ground up. When he eventually transitioned out, a significant majority of customers continued working with him, a reflection of the trust built over time.
