2. Can Veristra manage a supplement based on an estimate written by someone else?
No. We only provide supplement management when Veristra prepared the underlying Xactimate estimate. You may send your existing estimate or scope for a free review so we can determine what needs to be recreated or revised.
3. What types of estimates do you write?
We currently support roofing, exterior, interior, and mitigation scopes.
4. Can I send an existing carrier estimate?
Yes. You may send the carrier estimate, measurements, photos, and any available supporting documentation.
5. Do you guarantee approval or payment?
No. Veristra prepares estimating and documentation materials based on the information provided. Coverage, approval, and payment decisions remain with the applicable parties.
6. Do you provide the ESX file?
Yes. An ESX file is included with the completed estimate upon request.
7. How long does the service take?
Standard projects are generally completed within 1–2 business days after all required information is received. Larger, multi-trade, mitigation, or unusually complex estimates may require additional time, which we will confirm after the preliminary review.
