1. What are back-office services?

2. What is nearshoring and how does it apply to your roofing company?
Nearshoring is a form of outsourcing where a company relocates certain business operations to a nearby country, typically within the same region or continent. This approach offers advantages like reduced costs, improved communication, and greater operational efficiency due to geographical proximity and cultural alignment. Veristra is a U.S.-based company established in Katy, Texas. However, all our personnel are nearshored to Honduras, allowing us to maintain close collaboration with our team while benefiting from the efficiencies of nearshoring.
3. Are you owned by another roofing company or do you have any conflicts of interest?
No, we are an independent company and are not owned by, nor do we have any affiliations with, other roofing companies. This ensures there is no partiality nor conflicts of interest, our sole focus is delivering the best possible service and support for your business.
4. As a roofing admin, do you only handle roofing services? What if I need something different?
While roofing is one of our core specialties, our team is made up of architects and construction engineers, which allows us to offer much more. We also provide services in other construction trades such as windows, doors, siding, soffit, and more. If you have a request that doesn’t fall within our listed services, let us know. We love new challenges and can tailor our solutions to meet your specific needs
5. Do I have to get all the services at once?
Not at all. In fact, we recommend our phasing in programs to ensure the best and seamless experience for you to delegate to us and properly understand all our services to maximize results.
6. Is this service a subscription, a-la-carte, or a long-term binding contract?
First and foremost, our service is month to month on a pay as you go basis, backed by our service agreement that includes the proper NDA and Confidentiality clauses. Regarding subscription or a-la-carte, it will depend on the services you opt for.
7. How much experience do you have to bring to the table?
Our team is backed up by over 25 years of combined experience in the roofing industry, and 80+ in the construction industry overall.
8. What’s the process to get started, and how soon can we begin?
Getting started is simple. Just fill out your information at the following link and one of our experts will reach out to schedule an introductory interview. The timeline to begin depends on the services you choose. We offer three onboarding phases: same day setup, two-week setup, and three-to-four-week setup, ensuring a smooth and customized launch based on your needs.
9. Are there any extra fees, and do you offer leads or training programs?
There are no set-up or on-boarding fees for our core services. A one-time upcharge may apply only if you request something highly specific or tailored. We do not sell leads of any sort. However, we do offer paid ad services to help you generate new leads effectively. As for training and mentorship, we believe in empowering contractors and elevating the roofing industry. That’s why we provide tips, guidance, and resources at no extra cost to help our customers grow and improve their businesses.
10. Am I going to have to train the personnel assisting me?
No. But… do consider that even though all our personnel have been trained on roofing and construction standards, each company has its own way of doing things towards which we tailor our services. Therefore, for certain services, do expect a phasing in period to adapt to your way of doing things.
11. Is my information safe?
We follow rigorous data protection protocols and employ secure practices for managing and storing your information, safeguarding its confidentiality and integrity.
